I Would Describe Myself As Proper job but don’t swim in the main stream outside work. Hang on to my ideals that punk formed. More anarcho than ‘studs and bristle’. Plenty of other musical/cultural loves too, so not tied on to the life but hard to meet similar minded. After that connection…ain’t we all! Finally realised the path of excess doesn’t lead to the palace of wisdom. Booze free and exercising, still gigging regularly, tats and pierced but ‘undercover’! Immersed and passionate about all aspects of counter culture, film, art, thought, books, fun. Anti capitalist, anti royals, head screwed on. Got a network of mates locally, but ‘everyone’s busy’ and sound as they are they see my music/interests as niche (they are I suppose!). Loneliness can bite as best mates are afar, looking to connect for fun and frolics with long term relationship the goal. Ex squatter and traveller, some while back now, still keep the spirit x
